Praise's teeth
Praise has a rare chromosome disorder. One of the "fun" additions are dental abnormalities. No other explanation that that. So, when normal dental issues occur, we tend to think they're part of the abnormalities. For example, last night Big B comes running into the kitchen saying, "His tooth fell out, his tooth fell out!" The immediate question is "Was it a tooth that was supposed to fall out?" We didn't ask that question when Faithful was pulling molars and eye teeth out of his face seemingly every week for a while there, but with Praise, we wonder. He can't tell us his tooth feels funny. He can't tell us it's loose. We just are brushing his teeth at night and POP a tooth literally falls out. No pre-warning whatsoever. Shock. Now, on the other hand, he has Mr. Baby Tooth that is partly loose with the permanent tooth coming in on top of it, but not enough to push Mr. Baby Tooth out (so he's got two teeth in the same spot - "dental abnormalities"). WHY couldn't THAT tooth be the one falling out? Just another night of fun and excitement in our house.
